All our items are delivered via NZ Courier Post. We offer a flat delivery fee of $6nzd and $8 for rural and we allow 1-2 days to process and deliver the next day. Orders over $80NZD come with free delivery. All orders placed on the Weekend will not be processed until the next business day.
Shipping AUD
We offer a flat rate delivery fee of $16 Tracked via NZ DHL EXPRESS. Orders over $120NZD come with free delivery. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the next business day. You will receive your order in 3 to 5 working days
Please note that our postal charge does not include possible taxes or duties which may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the country of delivery. All payments of taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping Worldwide
We offer a flat rate delivery $25NZD tracked via DHL. All orders over $200NZD comes with free delivery. Orders placed on the Weekend will be processed on the next business day. You will receive your order within 7 working days

In the unlikely event you have not received your order within 15 working days please contact us and we will follow this up for you or obtain a tracking number. Please note that we can not accept responsibility for missing parcels which have been deemed as successfully delivered by our delivery companies.
If a delivery is attempted whilst no one is home the courier will leave your parcel in a secure location or leave a card if signature is required. Please check your delivery address on check out and ensure your items are being delivered to a safe and secure address. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen parcels once they have been dispatched by us.
Please note orders placed during busy seasons may take a little longer.
We do not deliver to Russia because of the strict policies surrounding postal services.
